After taking it apart a couple of times, fixing some loose contacts, trying to understand how it works electrically, etc, I decided to give him a last chance and bought new spares, the last identified dead component was the flame sensor (an expensive PT1000). When I was troubleshooting the heater last winter, I could not find any reliable, consolidated documentation about my Operating Unit, so I decided to make my own and share it.
